PLAN Tip of the day..........PLAN AHEAD

Use your journal as a PLANNER.

Write in your exercise everyday until we meet again. See how well you stick to it or how much you exceed it!!!

When you wake up you should have a Zone 1 cardio already written in your journal on the "planned" side. The "actual" side will be filled in after your workout.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF THE PLAN:

PLANNING!!

Do it NOW and you will be successful.

For the first time in 2 years I feel as if I have found the answer, The Plan, for my weight loss. I'm excited about how my future will change, how my outlook about myself will change, and how my health problems will change. Thanks Donna and Jen for providing the tool and encouragement.
