We see so many of you in TFC and that is good. How do you like it? If you read Rhonda's comment from yesterday this is what happens very often in THE PLAN. You unlock your body's ability to change, you take responsibility for what you are doing and you feel like getting MORE. So have some more............
MORE ZONE 1
MORE WHOLE GOOD FOOD
MORE SLEEP
MORE POSITIVE RESULTS

Great job this week
WHO NEEDS SOMETHING FROM US???
Weigh in today at the end of the first week and I have lost 5, yes, 5 pounds. I was amazed, happy, and so thrilled that I have followed everything Jen and Donna said to do and it DOES work. Thanks for the support Donna and Jen.
Rhonda!!!!!
Great Job. Today is the only day that matters and you can do with this day what you want.
Making a PLAN will help you we promise! Everybody do what R and R and S and R and L and D and B are doing.
I am going to be in TFC today at 5:30 does anyone need to meet with me?
Hey---I'm BAAAAACK! :) It's so nice to see all of this blogging going on! And for those of you just getting to know Donna and Jennifer--it only gets better as each week goes by! They are the best! So, I did the PLAN 18 months ago---and haven't stopped. It really can work and each day I am grateful for the opportunity to PLAN again! I learned (and still learn) so much about myself--and things that I never thought possible...well, are now possible. Just in case you're wondering--Donna said I could blog--once a "planimal always a planimal" :) What a great club to be in! Keep PLANning and as Donna said today is the day that matters==make it a great one!:) Tammi (they can't get rid of me!)
I need some motivation..... UGH! I stopped by the grocery store at midnight (on my way home from work) and while shopping for a few items, I got the urge to get doughnuts. Not one, but TWO. I try to justify in my mind that I deserve them... I've worked a lot of OT this week... why can't I have a few doughnuts. Then... afterwards the guilt is killing me. Why, Why, Why do I do this to myself????
Because we all do that to ourselves until we have a reason to make a better choice.
The best thing is that you wrote here.
2 doughnuts as a reward for lots of working out?
What is a better reward? Try not to reward yourself with food. Reward yourself with a present, something new to wear or at least the doughnut $$ toward that.
FORGET IT, IT DOES NOT MATTER, it is 400 calories and will not affect your week. Great job on all the working out!
also I was thinking to write:
DOUGHNUTS is not far from DONUTS
which is not far from DO NUTS, not far from YOU NUTS which is not far fom ARE YOU NUTS? don't eat that! and then again it is 2:30 am and I am usually sleeping!
I have been walking as instructed, eating as instructed, drinking water as instructed - no discernable weight loss!! What the heck is going on?
I have been actually staying within my calorie count and have forced myself to make wise choices when eating out.....when I crave something that I should not have, I take a small bite and then give the rest away.
Sleep, well that depends on if the babies will allow. The good news is that S is feeling better, so she is sleeping better. Hence, I am sleeping a little more.
