Hey Annonymous, it will work. Walking and eating (writing it down) and drinking water as we have "instructed" IT WILL WORK. We have never missed yet, it may not come off as you plan but it will come off because we will find the best way for you to work your metabolism and lose the weight.
Can you give your journal page for yesterday. Meals and calories and the minutes you did Zone 1 please? We will fix you before the next meeting!

It's been an interesting week trying to fit all the pieces together. It's not perfect but I'm eating better and have managed to fit the exercise into my schedule. I am expecting positive results.

I went to a wine festival yesterday and "drank" my calorie quota and then some. How bad will this affect my diet?

Don't drive!

How did you get the calorie total? It is all about what goes in and what goes out.

About changing bad habits and forming good habits. One day, one wine festival, one county fair will not wrec your PLAN.

Change a little each week and lose a little each week. Change a lot and lose a lot. Do this however you want. Do not look to get punished for things you do. Be responsible and HAPPY. Which was the best wine? Did you buy any? Did you get a good deal? That would be something to be happy about!!!!
