that is the way things are BUT everybody has a choice as to what to put in their bodies. Eat clean and fresh. Eat like you love yourself and give your body what it needs. Do not be too busy to take care of yourself.
Keep making small changes but if you are still trying to find our what fast food is the best you are still fighting an uphill battle.
I worked out 5 days last week, originally I was planning to take Sat and Mon off, but I wore different shoes for walking on Weds and ended up with a blister, I did walk on Thursday but I had to cut my time to 35 min instead of 60, it really hurt! So I took Friday off and I walked Sat, so now MY PLAN is to take Friday's and Monday's off, I think that will actually work better for me. This week I am shooting for 60 min on each of the 5 days.
