Good meeting - learned quite a bit
Great inspiration to obtain ones goal. Sounds like something that is a win win situation.

Hello from Wednesday's class
I am ready and raring to go.
The 1st meeting was good,(I'm in the Tues night group). And I walked for 40mins on the treadmill today,which was day 1 of exercise for me in over 2 years. I have a positive attitude and am determined to be successful.
Attitude is everything in THE PLAN because the insensity of the workout is not "hard" for anyone. What may be difficult is working it into your schedule.

Met Jen at FC on Thurs. for my first walk. I really talked her ears off, so she only let me walk 15 minutes. LOL!!
Life is really challenging right now and I even considered dropping out, but I have got to take care of me, really make lifestyle changes this time.

The exercise has been physically difficult for m. I am trying to slow down to extend the time.
It seems like i am eating a lot. I hope I am counting correctly. Well that will certainly show if i am not!
Anonymous - This is really going to take a committment to ourselves. Like you it is the one thing I have difficulty doing.
We are going through this class and we will loose what we do and then we will continue to do it until we get it right. Donna and Jen both are very motivational.
