Looking for some good suggestions about your fav cal counting book, and why you like it. I bought "The Calorie Counter" by Natow & Heslin, paperback $8.00 today at B&Nobles. Any other ideas?

I like the nutritiondata.com site (the link is on the blog page). You can just type in the food at the box at the top and the info pops up. Have you tried that?

Sherry what did you have for lunch. How long was it between your last meal or snack and your workout?

Let me check my book....I had for lunch 465 cal (yogart, banana, 2 hard boiled eggs, fruit cup. I had a granola bar on my way to the FC. I'm still coming out short, I only totaled 1460 cals yesterday & should have had 1609 due to working out.

I found an intersting cookbook at B&N. It's called Hungry Girl..200 under 200. There are 200 recipes under 200 calories and range from breakfast things to dessert things! Worth looking at!
First time ever I have worked out four days in one week! The support of Donna and Jennifer is awesome as well as classmates!
