Great Job!!! who got some extra minutes of sleep?

if you find yourself hungry....look at the times you are eating relative to your workout. maybe you need a snack one hour before your workout. remember there is a range of calories. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO BE HUNGRY.

Lots of you are on this in a big way and it is going to result in big weight losses.

I have tried to blog 3 times now...decided to read the instructions again! :) I have done 3 days in the gym--in zone 1. It's been enlightening to actually use to "portion size" (I always thought "super" was normal!! :)) Tammi

I am not an exercise hound, I knew the first day would be the hardest. It was not unpleasant at TFC. Good magazines, great machines, comfortable environment...I like it. I look forward to it now. The second day my HPM were lower than the first, doing the same MPH, no incline. Is that just my imagination? Debra-The Plan

Still trying to figure out the calorie counting. Only got in 30min. exercise yesterday. Today made it 64 min. Hungry today afterward.
