How does one get around the sodium content in tomato/sauce products? One serving of canned diced tomatoes contains 25 cal in 1/2 cup but 310 mg of sodium...ano no on the cal sodium rule. How would I calculate if I drain the liquid and rinse?

They have a "no salt added" diced tomatoes... and a "no salt added" tomatoe paste... not sure about tomatoe sauce.
