CARB TARGET

Congrats PLANIMALS ... You've lost 100 lbs in 2 weeks!
Let's keep that rolling.....

#1. Cut out the "carbage" food choices.... (i.e. watch salt and eliminate artificial sweetners)
#2. Aim for your CARB TARGET

1200 calorie intake = 146 grams of Carbs
1300 = 157
1400 = 168
1600 = 180
1700 = 191
1800 = 202

That ratio is 45% of your calories from carb sources...... THINK VEGETABLES and fruits

obvious emphasis on vegetables :)

I am eating less calories when counting the carbs. Bought a food scale and have been weighing everything, I had been over estimating portion sizes so actually when I thought I was eating over my calorie limit, I haven't been. Happy about that.
