Wow 6 miles is great! We had 10 squirrels doing their thing this morning. Some did 4 and some did 3 miles. Some ran the entire way and some did the walk run thing. This week we will do Week 1 of Hal Higdon 1/2 marathon Novice training. If anyone is looking for a running partner get on here and tell us when you are going. There is no such thing as one squirrel just look around. see you on the road
