3 mile and Strength for me today

Dawn has agreed to go with us today for 3 miles easy run around 5:30 or 5:45 pm from her house if anyone wants to come.

Strength is described on the HH site as using light weights

Bench Press 2 sets of 12 reps

Shoulder Press 2 sets 12 reps

Rows 2 sets 12 reps

Lunges with very light weights (5 pounds) 2 sets 12 reps

Crunches work up to 100. The HH girl does 400 a day! (good for her)


Squirrels are the most fun and goodlooking animal in their group

Today (Saturday) is a rest day for me. Looking forward to the group run tomorrow. It is all about balance.

I'm not going to over think this Squirrel

4 miles is on our schedule, which is a 12 week schedule and it is 13 weeks away which means whatever you want it to mean. Tomorrow 4 miles (unless you do 3 or 5). Who can't understand this? really
