It was a G R E A T week for those using the journal. It was not a great week for people not using the journal. Congratulations to Debbie, to Paula, to Donna, Steve, Jo, Terri. Keep it up. A meal out is fine, watch the rest of the day.
Your body only needs so much food. The deck of cards being the necessary amount of meat each day was a revelation to many. THAT IS ALL YOUR BODY NEEDS.
Keep working, keep seeking and you will unlock your weight loss puzzle. Do NOT be satisfied with mediocrity. Do Not! Be great, try hard. If you try everyday to do the right thing this will work. This will work.
