Plannimals: this is the last week of your Fitness Center membership and for you to track how much weight you lost in your session of THE PLAN. Jennifer and I are working on some new ways for our Plannimals to reach goal weight. Alumni programs and onine weight loss coaching are a couple of our new offerings. Please come by for the final weigh in at your regular class time to see how we can help you in the weeks to come.

Loved the session on Wednesday. The wrap was delicious and easy and the discussion even better. Though my weight loss has not been what I would like I have learned so much the last 12 weeks. I am looking forward to see the new options available as I plan to continue with the plan in some form until I reach my goal weight and am successful in maintaining. Thanks Donna and Jennifer, for developing the program and for caring about us! Becky
What we have to figure out is where we lose people, where a push or personal meeting would keep people reaching for their goals. We want to understand why people don't finish the 12 weeks with the group.
I think when some are losing wt. and having success others feel they have not done what "they were supposed to" which is not true.
We will continue to work on our program and hope that everyone understands what the rewards are when personal challenges are met and how good life can be.

OK - I never thought I would be eating a wrap filled with veggies!! What a great and delicious option when things are crazy and I do not have time for meal planning on the run. Thanks for the sample or I never would have tried it.Now if I could just find something healthy in an airport!! Karen
