Thanks Shoe Dog. What I will do better is stretch before and after a workout. The group is doing great and I hope everyone will build on the success of this week
The Shoe Dog was great! And, I won't run out to buy those Reebox (at least for now!). I was a little disappointed in the scale last night--but, in all of my PLAN travels, I have learned that it really is a journey. Figuring out how much fuel I need is just one part of the adventure! AND, if I start running the way that "THE DOG" told me to--I will at a minimum achieve the last T on the FITT scale, right? :)) Tammi
Fo Show Tammi, I checked out the shoe dog site too and know what to get next time I find $$$.
Try to think long term altho sometimes waiting a week till the next weigh seems like long term.

My weight loss was minimal, but it was still a loss.... but I know where I went wrong, it was no surprise. Shoe Dog gave us lots of great information, really enjoyed his talk tonight, even if we did bombard him with all of our "issues"! He still had answers for each of us.
My goal this week is to stick to the PLAN 100%. I'm hoping to see some great results next week. I had a great work-out today... and I plan on continuing my momentum through until the next weigh-in. Stopped by the grocery store on the way home tonight and stocked up on lots of healthy snacks (this is my downfall). Hopefully... if healthy snacks are available, that's what I will reach for.
