Oatmeal Banana Energy Bars
(Makes a 9 inch square pan)
2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup flax seeds (ground or crushed)
1 cup vanilla rice milk
1 large egg + 1 egg white
2 bananas- ripe and smooshed (or sub fruit/pumpkin puree of choice equal to 1 cup)
1/2 cup applesauce- unsweetened
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Add-ins if desired
1/2 cup nuts of choice, crushed
1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, chopped dates)
Mix all ingredients together (well), place in prepared 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approx 40-45 minutes. Cool, slice into desired size bars. Store loosely covered in the refrigerator. Makes 9 bars ~ 250 calories each.

OK Guys.... I'm excited and ready to get started. Walked on the treadmill for 1 hour today. It certainly wasn't the most fun thing I have ever done in my life, but I did feel great after I did it.
Hello all. Class was great. The exercise (THE RIGHT WAY) was even really good this evenng. I am really pumped up about doing "The Plan". I know I am on the way up now... Lets keep it up..
