Attitude is EVERYTHING

NOTHING ON EARTH CAN STOP THE PERSON WITH THE RIGHT MENTAL ATTITUDE FROM ACHIEVING THEIR GOAL;

NOTHING ON EARTH CAN HELP THE PERSON WITH THE WRONG MENTAL ATTITUDE
Thomas Jefferson

Who is ready to get this done?
What did you do to work toward your goal this week?

It's true, a positive attitude will help us achieve our goals. I have a motto, each day is a gift. I promised myself to live each day to the fullest, have a posiitve attitude and set my sights high. Even on "down" days, my day was a gift. I have to figure out what I can do different to make the next day better. It's been proven that patients with a positive attitude have a better end result in beating their illness. A positive attitude coupled with planing ahead, good support and setting goals will help me win this journey.

I thoroughly enjoyed class Tuesday night. To Maria, thank you for sharing some of your story. You feel vulnerable when you share feelings, but it is healing and also engages others to share. You are not alone in this journey. Different circumstances brought each of us to The Plan, you said it best---you got a 2nd chance at life; I believe The Plan is providing for all of us another chance at a healthier and happier life. Hope everyone has a good week, Nokie

I took the time it took! I exercised every day except one this week and I am making a true effort to stop the debate on what I will and will not do.

What surprises me is the lack of hunger. I have more emotional cravings for food than actual hunger.

Exercise is helping me overcome some of the stress.

Thanks Planimals! Thanks from me too Maria! you had the heads shaking "yes" in there last night. "There are many paths to the well." is one of my favorite sayings

We can all get to a better place, we can all get there today. As Jennifer said KEEP IT SUPER SIMPLE.

I will give myself the nutrition it needs today. I will exercise today. I make this promise to my PLAN groups and I will be in a better place for it.

Thanks for your help everybody!

Please everyone take a minute to reread Debbie's post. Take 2 minutes to think of it and how it may apply to your day.

A good one for the plan:
Success stops when you do!

I hope everyone is having a great week. I walked the treadmill today and had a plate full of steamed veggies and 3oz of hamburger. The endorphines are flowing and I am handling another stressful week pretty well. Thanks to all of you for the openess and positive support. Claudia

I'm really close to achieving a weight loss goal of ten pounds so this week I've bumped my cardio up to 90 min a day and cut my calories back to just above 1200 per day. I WANT THIS and I'm going to make it happen! God save the scale if I don't see the magic number tomorrow... lol

Bring It On Planimals!

Bumping it up and triming the calorie side because you really want it is what it takes.

I know you will not regret the effort.

Thanks for doing it!!!

Bad news...pulled a muscle. pain!
Good news... I have muscles!!!!
this is usually around the time I give up on exercise, but not this time...I took 2 days off and then brought down the intensity and duration. Less weight = less pain. I can't wait to be FIT. One day at a time. one pound at a time.maria
