Great Comments This Week

I heard conversations in and out of the meetings about what Plaimals are doing.....and what they are getting for their efforts. Positive and Negative. Remember we want you to keep it simple.

What did you do last week?

What result did you get?

Are you happy with that result?

What will you do tomorrow? This weekend? Next week before your meeting?

That is really all there is to it. If you want to give up sugar. Stop eating sugar. Period. That's it.No more.Done.

I had a great week last week so I am trying hard to repeat this again this week by making good food choices and making sure I get the exercise in. I really feel so much better now than I did when I started the "Plan". Even though I have not lost a lot of weight, my knees have improved 100%. I would have never dreamed I would be able to walk an hour on the treadmill before but now I am trying to do a little bit more each day. The support from Donna and Jennifer really means a lot too!!

Gloria I am proud of your effort. Keep finding out how you can have your best life. What was it about last week?

Everyone remember your body only needs so many calories, it needs so much protein, carbs and fat. Find out what these needs are at

www.mypyramid.gov

and give your body what it needs, please write down the feelings everytime you eat this week

Hey Donna, I don't know if you know this or not and want to make sure you stay fully informed. I have learned that our bodies do not need Girl Scout cookies. Like at all. We will be fine if we never eat another. I have been a cookie mom for 10 years, with cases of these things in my living room for a month or so every year. This is the last year and I NEVER want to see another box of them again. I have been picking up a box at a time and throwing it unopened into the trash. I should burn them instead. But anyway, I just wanted you to know that they are not anywhere to be found on any list of vital foods for humans.

Great investgative work Anne. Everyone can have a healthy life without Girl Scout cookies!!!!

"I WANT to taste a little something sweet" is the reason for cookies.

Bring the unwanteds to THE PLAN and we will give them to people who are allowing themselves "a little something sweet"

IT IS NOT ME. I AM OFF SUGAR!

Just for the record... This may be a "no brainer" for most of you but ALWAYS WEIGH ON THE SAME SCALE! I had a bit of an upset this past week by weighing on a different scale than the one we use for weigh-in's. I thought I was down a bit but was actually up a bit. UGH! So, I've re-grouped and have a game plan for the coming week. Trimming my calorie intake and increasing my work out time... And yes Jennifer, I'll be consistent.

yeah same scale and not often.
