Great class tonight! Didn't loose alot this past week, hopefully leaving off some salt and diet soda will help. I should have looked at the Pyramid. Will do that now, hoping for a better week with food.

Little by little one discovers themselves. Try to take it easy each week. If you are trying to change you life please enjoy the journey and let it happen very gently. Weight loss each week is a victory, the game is to find out what works for you. Keep working on finding out what it takes for you to lose weight.

would drinking more water(>8cups) help those of us that are sensitive to salt?
It will be easier to do away with the artificial sweeteners than the salt.
I am learning alot and hoping to put all the puzzle pieces together.
Enjoyed the meeting. Donna and Jen you guys seem to know what you are talking about so I am trying my best to do what you tell me.thanks maria

Maria you have it exactly right...putting the puzzle together. It takes work at this point so simply do your best. We know that sometimes it can seem overwhelming but keep it simple. How can you cut salt without it seeming like torture? Baby steps, day by day, choice by choice. I did not want to do my cardio today but I was inspired by the classes this week and did it at 8pm. You never know who you are helping with your comments. THANKS and see you soon

well I have to do cardio to keep my head right just as much as anything and to slppe all night. I will go to the junk food and waking in the middle of the night when I skip breakfast and eat crappy. EVERYTIME I think I can give it up I feel worse. It works for me and we have not had anyone yet tell us that they wish they didn't lose the weight and have control of their lives.
