WARNING....DON'T OVER DO

I want to make perfectly clear that everyone should be doing what will keep them coming back. Example: if you did 60 minutes and hated it at minute 40 but gutted it out and now are NOT looking forward to your next work out then YOU SHOULD either take tomorrow off or do 30 minutes. If you have not been working out much in the last 6 months your first goal is 150 total minutes each week. Then to 200 a week.

Don't hate it..... you will stop if you do.

If your hip hurts after 67 minutes STOP don't push too hard.

Your body will resist if you work too hard. if you are simply bored, try to do primarly treadmill but change machines if it means you will stay longer.

I saw so many in TFC today. Great questions and great effort.

I am finding it is hard to locate calories for non fast food items so I end up eating processed food that has the calories listed. Example I'm eatting a lot of Atkins bars, drinks etc. Also, it seems most of the sites want you to join them before they will give information. It look so long just for me to find out how many calories in 2 eggs cook in oil. Very frustrating.

I couldn't even get to 1200 calories yesterday because I was so busy all I had chance to eat was items like processed protein bars, etc. I was too scared to eat food I didn't know the calories because if I didn't have time to look it up I wouldn't know how many calories I already had. I didn't get a chance to workout until 8 pm and then I still needed around 600 at 9:30 pm once I got home. I ate to try and get to 1200 but that late would it have been better for me not to eat? Or maybe not eat that late and add the calories not used on the next day?

I just figured out how many calories are in 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and 1 piece of bread with butter - 985! Wow that is so much in that little breakfast!

Remember to take food with you. 2 pcs of 90 calorie bread is 180 calories. 100 calories of turkey and mustard, lettuce tomatoe is about a 300 calorie sandwich, take someting with you. please dont' make this harder than it is. pack your lunch, it is cheaper and easier to control calories.

thanks for the advice. I had to have help revising my HR during exercise. JH helped me by telling me how to use the speed of the treadmill instead of HR. I think my HR is up because of my issues this week. any support will help
