TIME FOR WEIGHTS IF...........
you have done ALL of your cardio. If you have gotten to 60 minutes of cardio per session. If you are working out AT LEAST 4 times each week. If all is going well, you will be at 6 or 7 days a week working out. You will be at 350 to 400 minutes of cardio. You will have a 300 calories per day range. If you have not met these steps yet you will be more successful if you move the way we have layed it out. Our best thinking and rearranging has gotten us an 80% success rate. If there are any questions please ask. Go workout and get what you want.

Donna, How do I interpret the "distance" on the treadmill. Is it in miles or ??. Thanks, Cindy
Distance on the TMs are in miles. Since you are now going to do a 5k (and so should the rest of you!) pay attention to the distnce. Try to do a lap which is .25 miles quick and a lap slower. Top of your zone and bottom of your zone.
When is your next workout?
Thanks for the info, I am coming in Sunday afternoon around 1:30 and I will do what you suggested. Cindy
I like to hold 1 lb weights when I walk on the treadmill. Is that okay???
Nope. If God wanted your hands to weigh one extra pound they would have been made that way! Too much risk of neck, back and hip misalignment and pain.
Lift in the weight room and do cardio as usual
