Water = Start with 8, 8 oz. glasses a day as a goal. Then 1/2 your body weight in oz's. Refill the same bottleto count your oz.s to save plastic and save the planet.
Protein = 6 oz's . Watch it! That ain't much. Many are getting too too much Protein. If you get too much of that you might be missing other things???? like Whole Grains
Whole Grains = 7 oz.s. Figure it out with your bread and cereal. Put Fruit on your cereal to get a serving in at Breakfast
FRUIT = 2 cups a day
MILK = 24 oz.s make it skim
VEGGIES = 3 cups Not Fruit Roll-Ups. Something you have to peel.
EXERCISE = Get to one hour at a time first. Get to one hour 5 or 6 times a week. I DARE you not to lose weight. Any other questions? Write it down and reach your goals.

I missed excersing on Valentine;s Day then missed on Friday also, went out to eat Friday and Sat and tried to make good choices, but According to my scales may have bombed the week. I am alittle down today, but staying within my cal count. I have given up sweet tea also .
WOW on the sweet tea. That is a hugh waste of calories that you will be rewarded for. One bad meal, one bad day, one bad week will not ruin what you have done. No one will be perfect but will you be successful at getting back on it? Yes you will that is why we are here. Get your minutes of cardio and GREAT JOB on the tea.
I'm going to try really hard to stick to the food thing you posted, for one week solid, and then measure the results. Already finished with one day and I'm tired of apples and broccoli. But I feel good, and exercise is never a problem, so hopefully I'll see some improvement soon. Thanks.
Trying really hard is what it takes. Now that the novelty has worn off it takes committment. Try really hard ONE DAY AT A TIME. Go to bed. Tomorrow will be another chance to be proud of yourself. Thanks for the effort.
