2 workouts today and feeling great!

Walked 60 minutes today and I feel awesome. Julia was walking on the treadmill beside me and we talked some, ok alot, and that made the time go by faster.

I got off to a rocky start last week (surprise, surprise). I DID plan my workouts in "the journal". I walked 45 mins on Tues b4 class; 1hr on Wed; had to work late on Thurs (a planned walk day); Fri off b/c always have plans on Fri; Sat got re-arranged with family impromptu stuff...ARG! Kinda made me mad but I like to please my family. Sun, I walked 1 hr and did healthier grocery shopping. I actually logged 14,000 steps on my pedometer. WOW!
So I am focusing on what I did:
1-I skipped my "second b'fast"
2-I drank more water (no sodas or artificial sweetners)
3-I did walk 3 times
4-I journaled
Baby steps for me!
