6 Workouts this week

Your Journal entries for working out this week should look something like this:

60 minutes Zone 1 Cardio on the Treadmill

45 minutes Zone 2 Cardio on the Treadmill and Weights

60 minutes Zone 1 Cardio 20 Eliptical 40 Treadmill

MY DAY OFF!!!

75 Minutes Zone 1 Cardio:25mins on Treadmill, 25 mins on Eliptical, 25 mins on Bike

60 Minutes Zone 1 Cardio on the Treadmill

75 Minutes Zone 1 Cardio: 24 mins on treadmill, 25 on Eliptical, 25 on bike

Start with Day off and workout the day before and the day after. Then add in the other workouts for the other 4 days. Please plan your workouts. It will work if you do it. It will work if you do it.

do we have to use the eliptical? I've just been doing the treadmill and adding the weights on 2 days, I have really disliked using the eliptical machine in the past

NOPE! Do what you like Rita! Zone 1 is the main thing. Some people are professing a growing sickness of the treadmill. Secretly treadmill is best but bester than that is

JUST DO IT.

Hey Planimals, one of the 12 weeks will be your best week. Have you made a decision that THIS week will be my best week yet?

Have you started a Monday and said to yourself. "I will give my very best effort in THE PLAN this week"?

This is what will keep your 1-3 pounds coming off each week.

Some of you are still capable of losing 3 a week at this point. Please let us know what it takes for you to be successful.

just a reminder for you to post the Hoppin John recipe please
I have found several on line but I'm sure yours is a healthier version, most that I saw used ham hocks and/or fat back !YIKES!
