clean eating
8 glasses of water each day
lots of sleep
quiet time/reflective time/prayer or meditaion 10 minutes each morning

Thanks.... I needed this reminder. It has been WAY too easy to slip back into bad habits now that I am not facing Jenn and Donna with the number on the scale every week.
Time to get my focus back and continue my weight loss.

PLEASE don't go back. It is to important to keep the positive energy going in your life.
How did you feel on your best week? You can do that again, You did it once just to that week again.
