Thanks Natalie. I have a zone 1 50 minute workout scheduled today after lunch. I ate a decent breakfast and need to eat a few more than usual at lunch.
Hey Donna! I don't know...I think I'm a voyeur now, since I'm not formally in the plan...but voyeurs don't talk right? So I'm talking. Exciting for a new session to be beginning, excited for the new planimals. About to get my butt out the door...the clock is ticking towards March 20. When is that trip you are taking anyway? Anne
Donna and Jennifer.........I walked 1.3 to warm up. jogged 5 miles outside, started in the daylight ended in the moonlight and though I sit here with ice on my knees I am happy!!!! this is my longest distance so far. Should I apologize to the new plan people for taking up space on the blog? Or maybe I should just introduce myself :) You all are awesome...and you've helped me. Anne

I survived the 5 mile jog, i.e. I got out of bed okay this morning! When I finished last night I was not sure my knees were ever going to work again! But I think the immediate ice was a great thing. 5 mile walk this morning with a friend felt fabulous. Things are good, I'll try to find you soon! Anne
