A new session of THE PLAN is starting. We have Wed at 4 pm and Friday at 10 am as meeting times. Please call The Fitness Center at 878-6221 to get signed up for the tests and in class.

I just want to go because Donna makes me laugh.......that's how I sell the plan "even if you don't lose any weight, they are funny as hell." But of course everyone loses weight. Your humor though...so well used to make the hard points easier to take in. And when you aren't being funny, you're just being real. I believed you both from day one. All the science, the principles, all great, but you two make it work. Because of you both I can't even get through an excuse in my mind. I start with one, get half way through the sentence, and then some planism comes into my mind and I just have to shut up. So, anyway, in combination the two of you are helping people change their lives. Thank you both! You can pay me later.

If there is going to be money doled out for saying good things--I want in on that!:)) I completely agree with Anne! I tell everyone that I am not sure why this "clicked" with me--but, Anne says it--the combination of the humor, real "frank" discussions and the fact that you both hold your planimals accountable for their own results is it! I have never had any other weight loss group (and believe me, I have been to many!) tell me "eat what ever you want and eat all you want...if you want to continue to be the weight you are!" While we all know, deep down, we gained weight by eating more than we need and not exercising (enough, in some cases)...It does help to have someone tell you that you can no longer blame it on genetics:) So, for those of you beginning the Plan journey--good luck! I know you'll have fun!:) Tammi

never underestimate the power of the blog...that should become one of the plan rules somewhere after "be happy".....thanks for the motivation today Donna. 4 miles jogged, really thanks to your post, 12 hour night shift tonight and then I'll feel perfectly fine about taking tomorrow off. life is better with the plan :).
