My Pyramid

Take some time to look at

www.mypyramid.gov (click here to go to website)

click on INSIDE THE PYRAMID on the left. click on the different parts of the pyramid to see what are the daily reccomendations. What can you add to your nutrition to make you healthiest day?

I used whole wheat pasta today, black beans and tomatoes, a great filling lunch and I have plenty to serve again. 300 calories. One bottle of water one hour later and I am not hungry and I feel clean.

How is your day going?

The pyramid helped alot! I've been a little blue with the snow, etc. Couldn't get work outs in, but managed to clean house, catch up the laundry and eat right. Gave me down time to think about what got me where I am in regards to weight. I have done alot of soul searching and writing. I am on target with my calories and in good spirits, can't wait to get back on the treadmill! I am so excited that I found out about The Plan--thank you for the work you do!

great, thanks for taking the time to figure this out a bit. Please everyone remember your habits and patterns will take examination and honesty to control. If you can take it one day at a time and promise to make a great effort at The Plan today then it will roll along!!

Sunshine today. Lifts your spirits get the exercise you need.

Long weekend with the snow. Bored, couldn't get to gym. Attempted Hip Hop Abs...dont know if I did it right but I sure sweated alot!! LOL. Found myself eating more while snowed in, but tried to at least eat healthy things. Can't wait to weigh in!!!

I love the calorie counter on My Pyramid. This is so helpful. While snowed in, we had brunch which is really BIG breakfast. Now I understand why it fills me up for the rest of the day. When I counted up my calories, it was equal to 1048 the day we had pancakes with venison sausage, strawberries, and pecans. It sure was good. Think I will eat an apple for snack. Thanks for all you do. The calorie counter really helped. Claudia

Looking forward to spring time! I felt so good today after my workout. My adrenalin was pumping, and all this energy...just to sit in a meeting. But thats ok-my water energizied my inner spirit! Can't believe I have only been drinking water for an entire month now? Anyone have a Mountain Dew??? :)

The weight loss has also caused the 'girls' to appear smaller. I have saved money on a 'girl' reduction. Is this inappropriate???? Lol

Shamonica you are doing so well! I'm proud of you. But YOU with endorphins added in is kinda scary :)...Feeling pretty yuck after nights the weekend...made the decision to be done with nights, because I can't seem to be able to stay healthy with food and exericise with that schedule. Seems like a lively crew this time Donna and Jen!

Sing it
Ding-a-ling it!

Can't forget the ole Michael Jackson remixes on the ipod.(I know why he was skinny)lol.I don't know what the scale will say Tuesday, but I feel wonderful..(inside and out) I worked out on the treadmill and did some power walking outside and it was sooooo refreshing!!
