How is the assignment going? This has been VERY valuable in the past. Don't think it is just about the exercise and calories there is more to be revealed yet. Also weights have been added and this will kick things up another notch. Any problems or any successes yet?

Hey CB. Yes let's put some weights in your PLAN. Need to make sure your legs are getting in riding shape.
Hey Donna and Jennifer! I just wanted you guys to know how thankful I am to be in "The Plan" -- it just hit me this morning how much of an accomplishment my weight loss really is and I am feeling so blessed to have such a great team on my side! I am 60% towards my first goal!! I have lost these same pounds probably a thousand times before, but never with as much confidence that it will be for keeps this time. To steal a line from another group... "The Plan" truly 'works if you work it!' and I thank you for what you do!
Beth, you are just what we hope for in our program. Helping in your success is why we started this program. Please be proud of yourself for doing the hard work. We are happy to be on your team. Today is MY BIRTHDAY and this is a gift to me. See you up there.

I really loved doing the yoga last night! It was terrific! I am anxious to find out what happens at the end of the 12 weeks and what I need to do to get signed up for the next go 'round...
