GREAT WEEK

Another great week. some revelations, some more of the same. seems as if everyone understands how the first part of The Plan works. We are looking at salt this week. Just being aware of how much salt/sodium you are getting daily. Sodium affects different people differently but it is very important to know how much you are getting.

sorry I did not make the meeting last night. Am on track with cardio and trying to write down everything that goes in my mouth!
Hard to find calories as the calorie counter web sites want you to sign in and then send you all this extra spam e-mail. I have lsot 2 1/2 pounds this week.

I was just looking at some pasta boxes. Most pasta has 210 calories per serving and NO sodium!
