Hard Day? Keep Going

Today I needed a 60 minute Zone 1 workout and 30 minutes in I was tired and ready to quit. It was hard to get my heart rate to the bottom of Zone 1 I don't know why. I kept my heart rate at the bottom of Zone 1 and got 100 calories in during my workout. I made it for 55 minutes and called it a day. That is the best I could do and I call it a good day. I am going to bed early and get back to it tomorrow. I hope you guys are having a good week.
