Everyone has the ability to track exactly how many calories they burn each minute if exercise. Take the number in Zone 1 which is total calories
Calories in Zone 1 X Total minutes of cardio = EXACT CALORIES BURNED DURING WORKOUT
Don't use the machine totals use YOUR metablic test numbers.

It takes me 43 minutes and 30 seconds to burn 500 calories. That is almost an entire meal! This really gives people the information to make informed decisons about what to eat and how they have to compensate for it.
