Using the Zones

We hope there is no confusion as to understanding how many calories you burn during each exercise session.

..Calories per minute X Total Minutes = Total Calories burned during that workout.

..Strength Training heart rates are not the same as Cardio Heart Rates

..Do 2 Strength Training sessions each week minimum.

Be patient, persistent and demanding. Don't make excuses just make it happen. If you have a setback get back to it. Who is having success?
