EATING ONLY WHEN HUNGRY

I talked to 2 Pl-animals today who said the diary was working very well. One who has lost 3 lbs. since starting to use it last Tuesday. One who noticed Procrastination and Boredom were the culprits of many wasted calories in her case. IF YOU ARE NOT PHYSICALLY HUNGRY DO NOT EAT. If you are going to eat write down the time, the emotion and the other choice you made. It works if you work it.
