THURSDAY OCTOBER 1st

Hello All, we are off to a ripping good start! Keep it simple:

I saw 9 Plannimals working out yesterday at 5:30 in TFC!!! See? nothing to it. I will remind you, these are suggestions that will make you successful. Get Going and sing your own praises here!! See you up there,

Back from 62 minutes on the treadmill! :) Although when I put on my Polar HR monitor I discovered my watch battery was dead. Do you know what size battery it takes and how to put the battery in there??? Now for minestrone soup! Yum!!!

Hey Steph
It's best to let the watch professionals change the battery. I tried to change one myself and ruined the watch. It's a regular watch battery so any jewelry store will do.

Hey Melanie... you have got to go to the shoe store here on Main St. (Next to Sumela restaurant) I got my shoes from there and they are the BEST pair of shoes I have ever owned!!! No pain, no blisters!!-Steph

Oh my gosh, I am in plan heaven...blog buddies. Life is good. I didn't step on the scale today Donna. I don't remember you all saying that last time and I am crazy about that scale. But as promised, I try to take all advice, which worked for me last time, so I'll try to stay off the scale.

Jen, do you know if employees have access on the weekends, all hours to the treadmills over at MRHEC? I'm just wondering just in case I ever felt I could get an hour in after work sunday evening. Or does anybody know?

Anne, I used to go to MRHEC all hours. I think they suggest day time hours, just for security but you can get in anytime. Bette

Hey guys, this first week i made my decision to loose this weight, i bombed out. It seemed that everything got in the way. I have not had a chance to walk yet. But this week tomorrow I will be walking. I know that I can't give up be fore I get started. Thanks for listening.
