HELLO from the edge!

Well not from the edge exactly more like the middle but I thought it would get you to read on. I have an idea!!! Put on here what day and time you will next work out at TFC. That might inspire someone to meet you up there for a 60 minute chat on the treadmill. I have seen this one and that one who are still at it but maybe a little uninspired. ENOUGH OF THAT.

Back to the Basics:
..Is today your day off or are you working out?

..What are you going to do? and for how long?

..Are you writing down your calories?

..What book are you reading right now?

The group lost 621 pounds with a 16.3 lb average THE BEST IN 13 SESSIONS

Hi!! I was at TFC this morning...and saw 3 fellow planimals! And, all seemed inspired:) I will be at TFC again on Saturday...around 830am or 9am if anyone wants to join me! I am so impressed with our results!! We should all be very proud. I don't know how many of us are walking the halls at HPRHS--but, I bet we are inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyle! I had someone ask me what diet I was on...I ACTUALLY said "no diet, just a new plan". And that is really how this feels. I have been able to eat (and drink) what I like--and have finally (after 50 years!) figured out...calories in have to go somewhere...either on the treadmill or fat...I'm choosing treadmill. So--once again, thank you Jennifer and Donna...your honest discussions and humor have helped a person with a "weight problem" finally understand "it doesn't have to be that way". :)

You guys are all awesome and I really needed that!! Nothing terrible is happening over here, but nothing miraculous either so yes I could use a little dose of the FC and the Blog and hearing from you folks. I'm sending my oldest off to college in 12 days...it is throwing me off a little, just having trouble focusing on everything. But now I'm thinking I might run over to see Tammi in the FC on Saturday morning....Thanks Donna...seriously needed to hear from you all! :) Anne

I don't know why I'm AB today...oh yes I do...I have an old google account and was signed in to gmail when I sent that. But it's just me, Anne as in Reardon!

I am getting back to the basics because I'm not finished yet but haven't lost weight lately. Haven't gained either, so maybe this was just an experiment to see how to maintain. I actually had a plan dream this morning before I got up...that was a little strange. Annette reading your post is pretty inspirational! I read what you're doing and thought "well, ok then..." We are all plan experts, really, now I know what to do if I want to stay the same on my scale and from the 12 weeks before these last few I know what to do to see the numbers change. Seems like a great day outside today, and a great day to do the plan! Anne
