9 Plan-imals spotted

Not to be confused with 9 spotted Plan-imals. I saw lots of people getting their workout done this morning. One with arthritis in the hip....so she did 30 treadmill, 30 mins bike. One "I hate exercise but like losing weight".......doing an hour. One "I walked outside and am figuring our my heart rate monitor. I don't know how many calories in 2 cups of Japanese rice." hmmmmm plenty!!

Remember you don't have to love it, you do have to do it!

I was kind of spotted after I got off of the treadmill today...I'm proud of myself for doing an hour and a half...I want 3 pounds tomorrow so bad!!! Don't know if I can get there, although I've done it all right this week except one slip up. In the past I would never have been at the gym on monday morning after 2 14 hour days of work saturday and sunday, would never have happened. yay for changing attitudes from 'can't do it on that day' to 'have to do it that day'........
