One of my co-workers was trying to "sell" The Plan to other co-workers tonight. She attended the info session and said that after the meeting, she jumped up and wanted to be first in line to sign up.
I was quick to chime in on how wonderful I thought it was..... Now.... I just need to find out what I did with all that willpower that I had while I was under the watchful eyes of Donna and Jenn......... (still looking for it)...............
it is in your glove compartment, get it out and put on your walking shoes and do an hour today. eat right drink your water and lose 2 lbs this week. Do you know how to do that? Of course you do

AAAAHHHH!!! Thanks Donna! I don't remember putting it in the glove compartment, but I'll certainly check there tomorrow. Treadmill.... here I come.
Oh, the glove compartment. I need to check there too. HI DONNA and JEN!! I really miss you guys. It is true that if you have done the Plan with Donna and Jennifer you will ALWAYS know what to do. The key is connecting the knowing and the doing. Tour To Tanglewood on Saturday. Doing the shorter ride (20 or 25? I can't remember which) with my 16 yr old. We are not particularly prepared, but will do it. Not 50 miles, but not sitting on the couch either. And a new experience for both of us, so this is good! Also recruiting friends for NC 1/2 marathon, part two. Hope you are both well :)

Go Back to Basics.
Zone 1 Cardio at least 3 time a week and Zone 2 twice a week.
OR HOW ABOUT MAKING SURE YOU WORKOUT TOMORROW!!!!!
That is all it takes and maybe the fact that we will cast a spell you you if you gain your weight back!
