Keep Going, Great Job Karen

It is a time when people can lose their intensity. Please don't quit on THE PLAN, we have not quit on you.

TODAY IS THE ONLY DAY THAT MATTERS!!!! WHAT IS YOUR PLAN FOR TODAY?

Please stay with your exercise and journaling. Be like Karen...she came to 6am SPIN on Wed and did something she had never done before. WAY TO GO KAREN.

Please do it today. Just for today and let us know that you did.

This week we had one "I decided to get back to it "week that got a 3 pound LOSS for Kristen.

A great "rededicated" week that got a 5 pound LOSS for Erin.

You can do it until you get to goal weight. Is anyone struggling? Please don't. Let us help.

Today makes day 6 of exercise with NO day off this week. I even managed to walk on the treadmill at home on Sunday. I started out thinking I would do 30 minutes but then managed to walk an hour. It is amazing to me how much better I feel after exercising and trying to make the right food choices!
