HERE WE GO

The Plan is on! The weight is coming off. Your assignment it to do Zone 1 Cardio, Count your calories and write in your journal. We have people doing more cardio than they thought possible. We have people shocked at the number of calories in wine and some people just plain ready to get to it this time.
