You may be in over your head Donna, trying to reel us back in. My pyramid.gov, something about giving our body what it needs.....I'm going to try to think more about that the rest of the week than underwear.

Hi guys had a good time reading all the funny comments. Each week I feel better and better. We all are doing great and will continue to do great things.WE WILL, WE CAN This last couple of weeks has really made a difference. I never thought I would be so excited to go walk on the treadmill. It relaxes my mind. I know that my faith and determination will get me to where I want to be. Keep up the good work everyone. This is going to be a great week. See u Wednesday. Eat, Exercise and be happy.

Kim, that is so great to hear!!! I am sleeping the BEST I have ever slept in my life!! I sleep for a full 8 and 1/2 hours...no waking up all thru the night and no sleeping for like 10 and 11 hours (which is what I use to do). I look forward to my time on the treadmill too! :0) Too funny!!! I made veggie chilli yesterday and got to use my crockpot!! :) hee hee... I am Susie Homemaker!! :) Never thought I would be this domesticated! (Jason has always been the domesticated one! ...and proud of it) :) !!! Anyway, enjoying life, glad to be home, and sooooo thankful for a working treadmill, being able to walk, having good health, great family and friends, and Kim Kardashian's butt!!! :)

I've noticed that it is the same ones who blog all the time. While I love to read their comments, they are really enjoyable and inspiring, I would also love for some of the rest of us to get involved as well. Janet, Pam, Patricia, Linda, Karen, Sharon, just to name a few, start blogging. I'm waiting to see my results Wednesday. I've been better this week than any week since I started The Plan, we'll see. Talked with Jennifer the other day after walking on the treadmill for an hour(with a bad knee at that), she is an interesting young lady. I am impressed with her knowledge and expertise. I think I have finally found the right weight loss program. Never thought I would walk on a treadmill 5 days a week. Now, I am going to look at 2 different ones to purchase today.Enough from me today. Carolyn

Carolyn, awesome to see you on the blog.......you should take your invite to others public at the meeting. The blog is always great but greater with more people on here, just as a little reminder of what we're doing,etc...sometimes it helps me to refocus. I'm glad you've had a good week!! I really haven't, but doing my best to get back and keep on track. I stick with my story that the plan is a wonderful thing! It's all possible, and doable, and you can get what you want from it. It gives me great peace to realize I have the tools and it IS all possible, I just have to do it. One of my favorite Donna quotes "if you want more, do more." We are in control. Keep blogging. Where are you shopping for a treadmill? It's a beautiful day and I'm planning to be outside walking today.
Didn't anyone else notice that Donna said she called "Kim" (Kardashian) for comments and then yesterday "Kim" blogged? OK, so I know it is probably Kim from Wednesday class but it was still kind of funny!

I was sure that the Kim on the blog was Kim K!! Well...must be her twin!:) Carolyn--get all of your classmates blogging--just think of all the fun we could have! We would never get any work done!! I'm with Anne, trying to get myself re-focused....don't know why it seems to be so hard. Too much going on, maybe. So, while I'm not really all that excited about weighing in this week...I am looking forward to spending time with my class mates! The blog does help--knowing that I'm not alone--and laughing. So, Donna--Maybe Kim K could come to class one week...She would be so impressed with all of us! Oh--I am enjoying my new "runners"! In fact, I look just like the woman who won the NY Marathon! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Tammi

Good to see you blogging, Carolyn! I haven't written alot but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the blog! Great to hear how everyone is changing for the better, hearing when we make not so great choices, but pick ourselves up and get back on track, and even a celebrity appearance from Kim K! The support from all of you is priceless! Thanks to all of you, Donna, and Jennifer!

Well, I go get my treadmill Friday afternoon. I found it on Craig's list, great buy. I work part-time, so I don't get to the Fitness Center everyday, now I don't have an excuse not to exercise daily. I just hope the momentum doesn't fade. I have a long way to go. The Holidays will be especially hard for me since I cook big meals for the family and make tons of home-made candies for family and friends. I will need extra encouragement during that time. Hope I had as good a week as I think I've had-will find out soon enough. Talk to you guys later. Carolyn P.S. Tammi, just wanted you to know that you were my inspiration to join "The Plan", thanks!!!

I should probably bite the bullet and get a treadmill for home too........we'll see. Everyone should know that whether in meetings or on the blog your comments, stories, struggles are an inspiration to others. I look here regularly and sometimes someone says just the right thing. And believe it or not I don't always comment, sometimes I just read, and think. So thanks to everyone!!! I am having logistical problems with getting kids to different places this afternoon so I think I'm giving up trying to make arrangements and just missing all my meetings this afternoon. I hate missing my Plan meeting! I love to just sit there and listen and try to soak in a little wisdom!!! Hope everyone likes the scale today. I'm really going to try to have a perfect plan week this week.....the last few days have gone really well and I feel great! Dont' forget to tell everyone to get on the blog! Maybe next week Donna can work her magic and get Oprah.

Hi! Carolyn, thanks for the kind words... I am so happy that you decided to do this--because it absolutely does work. As Anne always says "do what Donna and Jennifer tell you to do". :) I did that really well the first time around...not doing so well this time--must be the rebellious teen in me coming out! The good news is...I am not gaining weight--which is typically my pattern. And, I have really focused these last 2.5 days (today isn't over!) on what I am putting in my mouth. Haven't been "perfect"--but, I am writing it all down and counting it up. Each day, I am getting back to my "normal plan routine". The thing that has kept me in check--exercise. I never thought it would happen, but, I actually think that I like it. I know that my psyche and my heart and the rest of my body does! So--hopefully, the scale will be relatively kind to me tomorrow and next week--the sky is the limit! I can still achieve my goal by the end of the year if I stick to the PLAN!!! :) Talk to you all soon! Oh--I do like the idea about Oprah. We could be role models for her TV audience!! Maybe even model some stuff! Tammi
