Working night shift, darn it! BUT already planning to bring everything but the kitchen sink in the way of healthy foods, because this is the shift that gets me the worst. And walking this afternoon before I go in. That's what I'm doing today! And HOPEFULLY walking on the treadmill in the fitness center Monday morning after night shift on Sunday night.Hopefully Shamonica will meet me there and make me do it. Hope everyone has a wonderful day and weekend. Anne
Good luck with the night shift Anne. I have been working 6 days and today have to catch up on paperwork, office stuff and things otherwise put off. I have lots of fruit and good stuff at my house. So hears praying for good choices, also I propose one year of your choice where citizens can blow off taxes, company reports and forms just because they want to.
Where is everyone? C'mon people, give Donna and Jen (and Donna's mom) a break and get on the blog because they've heard enough from me for a lifetime probably! Much better with the eating part of night shift this time.......BUT couldn't seem to drag my butt to the treadmill this morning. So maybe some extra time tomorrow to make up for it. The plan is awesome, let's talk about it!!! Someone called me asking questions about the Plan on the unit last night. It is contagious! Apply, Do, Blog. :) Anne
Headed off to Ashville for a girls only shopping/overnite party time. I am bringing my treadmill clothes, and lots of healthy snacks. Wishing for lots of snow and cold weather for our area, but then, I may have to turn my heat on. Melanie p.s. I am having a terrible time with my favorite food this week. I hate to even name it............
Okay--I'm blogging! Melanie--It must be something in the atmosphere--I have also been craving that "un-named" food!! Yikes! I am having a good PLAN week...just hope it shows up on that scale! I got a great Barbie photo yesterday...I'm going to send it to Donna--maybe she'll post it for us on this site:) Barbie turns 50 this year (me and Barbie...born the same year, incredible!)...but, oh, how things have changed--for both of us! Hope everyone has a successful scale week! :) Tammmi
I'm dreading the scale tormorrow as I have had and up and down week. Got my exercise in but not every day.. I don't think it works if you skip days and then do 2 hours to make up. i think my body is protesting and stopping burning the cals! cathyb
