Workout Count Calories

Hello, Just saw 8 Planimals in TFC on Friday afternoon!

Write EVERYTHING down, what you eat but as importantly, how you feel before your workout and after. There is excitment in the halls! There is encouragement in the air. This is the only day that matters, what did you do with it?

You learn you can do your best even when it's hard, even when you're tired and maybe hurting a little bit. It feels good to show some courage."Joe Namath

3 days of being a Planimal and I am sleeping better. Off day for me today as I am hunting for new shoes for treadmilling. I guess I will check out the store Steph was talking about. I miss my gobs and gobs of peanut butter!! We can do this. Melanie

off to the farmer's market and then to the gym! Feeling really great! Sleeping well, too... and I have noticed my body is waking up so much more refreshed (now that I am not eating at MN)! Amazing! By the way... great way to not eat... paint your fingernails! :) I was on-call for work last night and was about to start my mindless snacking when I decided to paint my fingernails instead! Heehee... they are crazy purple now!!! -Steph

Eat your peanut butter.....I had many tablespoons of peanut butter last time around on the plan, mostly with a banana or apple...only one tbsp at a time, but wouldn't dream of not having it!

Peanut Buter 100 calories for a Tablespoon. No big deal. Eat it if you like it. Count it and smile about it.

I have to laugh. So funny, because you all dont realize that I am a peanut butter addict. Having to wean down to one tbsp from maybe one half cup a day has been hard. But, I am not going to eat my kcal in peanut butter. Bette, remember all the good veggie dishes that will be there tomorrow, dont even visit the desert section unless you bring your tablespoon with you!!! Think of how good we are going to look and feel by xmas.
