Thanks Jen. I think I have that in my plan bible:) One thing I'm doing differently...taking the stairs up to 5S instead of the elevator...no big deal right? It's not a big deal, but I've always NOT done it. It's nice to start new habits, however small. Great weekend to everyone.

Well, I am out of town again! Boise Idaho this time. 12 hrs traveling and I ate healthy. This morning I got up at 5:30 and did treadmill for 45 minutes but they just fed us Pizza Hut! Ughhh!

Thanks, Jennifer! I am going to put that mantra on my dashboard!! :) Great words!! I will not be going to Cold Stone this week... :) Back on the treadmill for 62 minutes today! :) Will be there tomorrow, too! Trying to concentrate on "walking right"... very hard to do... hahaha... but it really is! I over pronate and I about fall on my face when I try to walk in a more "neutral" position. Quite funny to watch though... I am sure!! I will keep at it!

Thanks Jen, as we have "free lunch friday's" at my other job and today was wings. I love wings and I ate wings. Thing is the bag of reece's cups on the break table is hard to walk by 5 times in one day!!! I will keep trying thanks again Jen I think you are a genius
I'm heading home today. You don't even want to know what I have had to eat and drink while in Salt Lake City. Next week will be back to business. I did a 5K walk one day and walked on the treadmill every day I was here. Until next week, Allen O.
Allen congratulations on your 5k. When was the last time you went on a trip and kept in mind your exercise routine and food to a degree? Thanks for #1 coming home. #2 doing your exercise and #3 looking forward to getting back to your weekly weight loss

I needed to hear this today. I did great with working out 5 days while in PA and with calories till Sat. Today, I got back on track, but was feeling guilty for yesterday.

100 minuyes on the treadmill today!! eating left over indian food for lunch. yum! anyone know where to find the calories for chana masala, kheer, and aloo paako?

What a glorious fall day! Try watching channel 24 as you treadmill. I was way over my 60minutes watching Lethal Weapon 2 and didnt even realize it as I was engrossed in the movie. The peanut butter jar is still calling my name, but barely. We are going to look so good for Santa!! Melanie
