It is another beautiful day. How about a walk on the Greenway? How about going to see the Miracle Field and walking the track at AJ Simeon Stadium? The Fitness Center is open 1-5 if you are going up there for your walk.
Everyone is doing Zone 1 cardio, as much as you want. Take full responsibility for your weight loss and do what you can to get what you want. Oh yeah and.............don't fear peanut butter

Help--I'm now up to 30-45 min of cardio (feels good for the repaired hip)but at my prescribed pace, my heart rate stays 94-95 instead of 98.?? Upped the pace by +.3-.4 to get to the zone.
I walked outside today and it was lovely. So nice to get some exercise and feel relaxed/rejuvenated at the end of it!
I'm struggling with watching my sodium intake... my Weight Watcher meal tonight only had 230 calories but 850 mg of sodium. AHHHHH!
At least I'm paying attention to it...

I just read the last comment about the peanut butter and laughed, so thanks for the laugh to whoever talked about how they can enjoy it by the cupful. It reminded me of something Donna said the last plan (Donna am I allowed to quote you from the past?? I know it makes it harder for you because you have to come up with new material!:))Donna said like in my second meeting last time, when someone was talking about spoonfuls of cookie dough "you should probably only eat that if you will do it naked in front of the mirror." These are the pearls of wisdom that stick with you...AND the reason I stick to my tablespoon! Everyone sounds like they are rocking it. The plan is amazing! Have a great week.

Dottie, is your Zone one 98-108? if so and you are under just a bit, have you tried incline? 3% will make a difference. Remember we do not want anyone holding on to the treadmill so walking faster may not be the answer. Try incline but mostly GREAT JOB on increasing your minutes.
Don't forget to have conversation with your peanut butter. "Hello, I know you are 198 calories but you are good for me and I always eat things that are good for me. Thank you peanut butter for helping me lose weight." Then eat it!
Allen could you please cook something decent for Melissa who sometimes eats from a box which contain almost lethal does of sodium? Turn on that stove Melissa I know you have an apron with sunflowers on it in there somewhere!
Salad
Baked Chicken
Broccoli
squash
White wine
I'll be over at 7!
I think I'll come to dinner with Donna at 7pm! Sounds like a great meal...and maybe we can have peanut butter as an appetizer!! Yeah!! Had a great weekend...saw several planimals on the treadmills at TFC Saturday morning! Everyone looked really "cool" and much healthier!
Hope everyone has a great week!!
