LET'S GET IT STARTED

Hello Plannimals! WE have tested almost 1/2 of the 14th session of THE PLAN and everyone is typically excited. Jennifer and I are as excited. If you have been tested your assignment is to find out how many calories you are eating each day. Write it down that is one key to success with THE PLAN. Everything that you eat WRITE IT DOWN, LOOK IT UP and see what is surprisingly unnecessary. That's all get to it. Allen (first guy tested) is down 8 pounds.

HERE WE GO. GET READY FOR SUCCESS BECAUSE IT WORKS IF YOU WORK IT

Hi Donna and Jennifer!! I'm back!! I'm excited about the next 12 weeks....I have been on a little PLAN vacation--but, I have not gained....Just figured out how to "stay the same"--which is a step in the right direction for me! I am really very excited about all of this--I have told everyone who wants to know (and some who might not want to know:))--I'm looking forward to lots of laughs during class and lots of sharing on the blog. See you next week!!

Hi Donna, Jennifer, Tammi...I'm back too (and not as skinny as Tammi)...So, 12 more weeks during which time I'm going to try to figure out how to not take plan vacations to begin with, because plan vacations for me means gaining not maintaining. But anyway, happy we are here now and ready to get refocused. I can't manage the same time as Tammi's class so she has promised to BLOG to me, right Tammi? Yay. See you Wednesday at 4 ...I still go around saying "everything that matters is fine" Donna :)

Inquiring minds want to know, just out of curiosity...what's the highest 12 week plan weight loss by a female to date?

Hello!!! I just did my first day, first hour on the treadmill. Yippee!! Stephanie and Kim were right next to me;we all did an hour. Water question...does that mean 8 8oz cups or 8 bottles? Can you save some kcal for the next day like WW does? I am a first time blogger....not so hard, and a good way to end the day. Melanie

Hi Melanie! It is nice to see you on the blog. The blog was pretty instrumental to me last time...I don't know if I'll be as vocal this time or not. Probably though because I guess I have a big mouth! But it is a great place to go and get your thoughts out. And every once in a while if you are not having your best day you can go on the blog and someone says just the right thing. Donna and Jen are great for that, but others too. So!! Good luck and my advice is to fully embrace the whole thing.

Hello all! The answers to the questions: 1. The most weight lost by a female to date is 36 lbs. 2. As for saving calories for the next day.... your body LOVES the same amount every day. Rollover is only good for your cell phone :)

You are cracking me up with the "roll over" thing!!! I had breakfast this morning!!! It was amazing... I didn't eat at MN (when I got home from work...like I always do...) and I was actually hungry when I woke up!! I am also making minestrone soup for lunch and dinner! I will be off to the gym in the next 30 minutes!!!
