It's yoga week in the PLAN! The same week as the JC survey......hummmm??? You've spent loads of time improving your fitness... with cardio and strength training... How's your flexibility? We often ask the question... When was the last time you tried something for the first time? Take advantage of your improved fitness level and add something new to your routine. You may discover YOUR new favorite thing :)

The big JC visited my area 1 hour after I left the classroom. I was really using the breathing relaxation techique bethany taught. Although I am not flexible and at this point my fluff doesn't always compress out of my way, it felt great to try something new. Thanks for expanding my world and helping me reduce my current horizon. ;)
Beth, I thought you were looking great today, by the way! I am so glad not to be on the unit until Friday evening when JC will be finished!! I make it my goal in life every year to miss them. Yes yoga was fun. It feels good to stretch. Anne
Beth, I just noticed your last post from the previous blog topic. That was sweet. In one way or another I am inspired by everyone I've come into contact with on the plan.
Someone needed to inspire me yesterday though! I unexpectedly took the day off from the plan and everything I've been doing all these weeks. Don't know what got into me. I actually think it started with a cupcake. Yesterday was my youngest daughter's 15th birthday. She's leaving town today so I didn't want to do a cake so we stopped at a cute little bakery here in GSO where they have all these really pretty cupcakes. Got one for everyone which seemed like a good plan, no leftovers. But I think it just made me want to eat. We ate out (Longhorn) which I haven't been doing either and it was just not plan like behavior!!! Wouldn't have been that bad, made decent choices but did not push the bread away etc, etc...But it did sort of make me realize how easy it is to get off track again so today I have a bit of a renewed commitment to THINK about all the things in the plan that have made a difference to me, like "give your body what it needs..." I remember Jennifer saying once something about people celebrating on Mother's Day and then deciding to get back on track on New Year's. Ha Ha...definitely don't want that to happen!!!!
Anyway, that was my day yesterday! I think I said this to Tammi, though not on the blog...there are aspects about this whole thing that are very humbling. Hope everyone has a great last week and I hope I can still lose a little weight this week in spite of my little vacation yesterday!
Anne
p.s. I'm thinking of writing a book with the first line being "It all started with a cupcake." That sounds like a first line to me.
Okay, Anne, so you took a day off from the plan! That was yesterday, this is today! Get back to doing what you have been taught these last 11 weeks. Don't fret over past calories! Annette
ps: The book sounds like a good idea!
I have kept up with the Blog every week and have enjoyed reading all the comments although I have not made any comments myself until now. I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed THE PLAN and hearing everything Donna and Jennifer had to say and I know we only have one more week to go. I will miss everyone and our weekly meetings - we've learned a lot. It's been challenging, but it's also been fun! I have not reached my goal, but I intend to "keep on plugging" and hopefully will arrive there before long. Good luck to everyone - stay motivated - see you next week. Marie
so how was YOGA?
I am here hiked today am eating sorta good. Thinking of yous and will see you next week. all is well from sunny alaska
Donna
I thought Yoga was pretty fun, Donna. Alaska? That is awesome. I hope to do that one day. Hope you are having a blast! Anne
The blog has been quiet this week...where are you Tammi? At least JC has come and gone, right? Annette, I appreciate your comments. I do get a little worked up and worried. I once lost this same amount of weight and didn't keep it off (obviously) and I guess I worry about that. I feel like it would be INSANITY to let that happen again. I do feel like this is different because everything on the plan is just good common sense and that I will make it work this time...but I have my fearful moments about it. I've been back on track after the cupcake and beyond day, hungrier this week for some reason,so eating a little more, but at least back on track. Hope everyone's last week is going well. Anne
Last night and this morning I took some time to go back through the blog from the very beginning and write down the things that had the biggest impact on me and things I want to be able to remind myself of quickly if I need some inspiration. It was a nice exercise and I felt inspired all over again, by everyone who had something to say on the blog. Now I have my own little Plan Bible, ha ha. Because I'm OBSESSED with it and have decided obsessed is OK. Life is good. I've learned so much and enjoyed everyone so much. Thanks!!!
Anne
I'm back on the blog!! I can't believe that today is the last "weigh in"! What am I going to do on Tuesdays??? Last week was a little tough--we'll see what happens when I jump (haha!) on that scale tonight! It's been a fun 12 weeks---and the yoga...well....my friend Lynn got me "tickled" and then the two of us couldn't stop laughing! It was great fun! and Jennifer told our group that she was proud of us....We didn't embarass her too much! Hope everyone's "last class" is fun! I think that we have all done exceptional transforming and I'm wondering...How much weight did we lose? Tammi
I don't know if anyone is coming to the blog anymore...just checking! I did my new zone 1 yesterday and today and it mysteriously felt like the old zone 2. But I'm going to pretend it isn't so because I was not a big fan of the old zone 2 days, I actually liked interval more than that. So the new zone 1 is perfect. I love it. :) Anne

Fort Wayne Il Nursing Home Position Nursing patients who have dementia requires a different set of specialist skills to those an RMN working in a substance abuse unit for instance. Over the last twenty years, federal laws and policies have established a civil right to obtain long-term care at home but recent investigations have found this is only sporadically enforced.
