We are coming up on our last 25% of THE PLAN. So how about expecting at least 25% more weight loss. As a group you have all done very well. I was HAPPY to get a note from Patina who's schedule and life have been in the way of a meeting lately. She came by, stepped on the scale said Hello in a note and is on THE PLAN. Don't worry worriers. 25% more.

My husband has to work late tonight. Can we miss 2 meetings? I was already out of town for 1 week.

Donna, thanks for all your encouragement. You seem to say the right things at the right time! Today I am happy, as you know, and loving the plan. My goal I wrote week one is within reach, but you are right, I can't take my foot off the gas pedal. It would be cool to meet that goal. Anne
Beth, in case Donna doesn't see your blog today....I think you can miss 2. You have to make it to 10 out of 12 to meet the criteria for reimbursement. Anne

Beth, today was just nutrition stuff, summary: take a MVI, take calcium plus D twice a day and she recommended an extra 1,000 mg of Vit D on top of that. Good luck getting to the 50%! Anne
I was so disappointed last night...I stayed the same...(still have some of that emotion associated with "weight"--the number on the scale). Even with the great results I've had to this point...it still takes some self talk to keep the PLAN for my new life. I had a sense that was going to be the case--but, really did not understand why it would be the case. I took some time this morning to review the week--and while I thought I'd see that I ate at the maximum of my calorie range..I actually found that 4 days I was under 1200 and one day just barely hit 1200....Is it REALLY possible that I (put that in bold letters--ME!!) didn't eat enough??? So, I am ready for a new week, a good week and I'm shooting for 1250 calories. My foot is on the gas pedal and I'm on a long and healthy road trip! Hope everyone has a great week! Tammi

2 meetings is the rule remember making another class time is legal because trust me HPRHS is doing all it can to support your efforts and is behind us 100%
Lose some every week and IF you aren't at your goal weight July 21 then you will lose some more till you are. It is that simple, it is that possible and life is this good!
Tammi just as a reassurance, you have a very fit and athletic body...feed your body to lose your weight. AH!, the virtues of writing in your book. Thank you! If you have uses your journal then... In your hand you hold the key to your metabolism and your emotions. Here we go!
I don't plan on missing the next 2 weeks. If Tony has to work late again, I'll be dropping my son off at work! Looking forward to yoga! Still loving the treadmill at home. Have even done an extra 30 minutes one day (inspired by Tammi!) but my eating was still emotional last week so getting that under control in my goal for the week.

WOW, LOOK AT ALL THE BLOGGERS! How exciting. Tammi, less than 1200 calories 4 days? I'm trying to think. Oh yeah, Donna and Jen said to eat at least 1200 calories :). My mantra is "do whatever D. and J. say no matter what." Ha Ha. It's true though> I assume when they want me to think for myself they'll let me know :). All kidding aside I know you felt disappointed but I also know that you know what direction the numbers on the scale are ultimately going. I had new music go through my mind today on the treadmill about everyone on The Plan... Queen--'we are the champions my friend...' This has been a funny adventure. Are we done in 2 weeks? you cannot end friendships by the claander, my friend. We will do today and then tonight. and you are correct we will let you know when we think you are able to think for yourselves. It is not today!!! My cardio is done! and I am so happy about that. I have dinner planned and I am good one more day. Some new busiess came into our family business today with my Mom my sister and me all crunching numbers and figuring quotes. It takes a village. I am going on a cruise this weekend and I can't wait. I will be in touch.

Hey Donna! I figured out what to add to low sodium V8 to make it worth drinking!! Vodka. Otherwise it tastes terrible and isn't worth drinking. Cheers :). Have a fabulous time on your cruise. Anne

I hit the low end of my calories today and am DONE eating.. though I feel like eating. But I'm going to have some wonderful water!
