What a beautiful weekend!! I did go outside yesterday and had a great time!:) So, I've noticed a trend that I have trouble counting my calories on Sunday...well, I count them--but, have more trouble feeling satisfied/under control/whatever you want to call it. I don't know if it is in anticipation of the week ahead? It's a journey--and I just keep writing it down. So, it is "interval" week for me...Should be fun:) Hope everyone has a good week!:) Tammi
Tammi, I guess your Sunday is like my Thursday. Hmmm. I agree with you though, it's a journey, so we just keep going. I'm glad you blogged, I had set my paper aside and didn't realize it's my first interval week too. Should be interesting!! I've got to get in a zone 2 today, but just didn't want to do it first thing this morning after weekend of work. I've paid attention to fiber. I love the way this plan, week by week, gets you more and more aware of what it really is you are eating. Love it!

Ok then, this is what we want. You are figuring out how your body and more importantly your mind works. Drink a glass of water if your brain is playing tricks on you. What is the thing that makes you happy? NOT FOOD. Think of it, do it, get it out. You know the drill. Only eat when you are hungry. If you are something else, do something else to fullfill that.....
