OK. I will scratch the Subway sandwiches I had planned for lunches this week. Wanted to check and see if this is a good snack option - seems to be but wanted to make sure - can you check it and let me know? Trying to use this as a daily snack - half in am / half in pm. Peanuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, raisins and yogurt chips. Stats below and link at the bottom.

making cabbage rolls total of 12= calories 1666 for the entire dish, about 140 calories each (yes I used brown rice) no soda today but having to wean myself off of the little packets I add to the water. I used 1/2 packet to 24 ounces of water, I'll get there.
You guys are making great changes! Watch out for things that are ONLY 2 oz... and cost you 260 calories. It is easy to eat more than you think. One apple = 100 calories. Fruit is the best snack. And those packets are a hard habit to break --- but you'll be so glad you did!

Salt shaker cartoon fits in nicely esp since I went to the store and did the sodium-calorie test. Oh no, what am I going to eat on my salads???bought some red wine vinegar, already have olive oil, I'll throw a few spices or something in there. Bought the rice cooker-steamer, trying it out now.
